His journey through Nashville’s competitive landscape began as a performer, spending seven years as a full-time musician before moving to the business side of country music in 2006.
Vance’s career trajectory includes seven formative years at William Morris Agency/WME, where he honed his skills in artist representation before eventually rising to Vice President of Artist Management at L3 Entertainment. During his tenure at L3, Vance managed an impressive roster including Justin Moore, Heath Sanders, Leah Turner, and Scott Stevens, demonstrating his ability to nurture talent across various career stages.
The industry veteran’s management philosophy centers on artist integrity and long-term career development, an approach that has earned him recognition throughout Nashville’s music community. His work with stars like Dustin Lynch and Tyler Rich showcases his talent for guiding artists through the industry’s complex ecosystem while maintaining their authentic voices.
