The iconic Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is making a triumphant return to New York City on October 15, 2025, marking its second consecutive year after a six-year hiatus that left fashion enthusiasts worldwide yearning for the brand’s signature runway spectacle.

The strictly invite-only event will once again showcase the company’s lingerie and sleepwear collections in the glamorous, high-profile setting that previously defined the brand’s marketing approach.

The exclusive gathering continues Victoria’s Secret’s tradition of spectacular runway presentations showcasing luxurious intimate apparel in a dazzling, celebrity-filled atmosphere.

For its 2025 production, Victoria’s Secret has assembled an impressive all-female musical lineup featuring Colombian reggaeton superstar Karol G, rap legend Missy Elliott, pop vocalist Madison Beer, and K-pop phenomenon TWICE.

This continues the brand’s recent commitment to showcasing diverse female talent, following 2024’s performances by Cher, BLACKPINK’s Lisa, and South African singer Tyla. The integration of music has historically been central to the show’s appeal, with past artists like Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Harry Styles. Similar to how musicians leverage streaming platforms to expand their audience reach, the fashion show provides these artists with a prestigious global stage to showcase their music.

The runway will feature both familiar and fresh faces as Victoria’s Secret balances tradition with its rebranded image.

Veteran Angels including Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Stella Maxwell, and Taylor Hill will return alongside diverse newcomers such as Yumi Nu and Daiane Sodre. The original announcement on July 29 featured a teaser video with models tapping a microphone for attention. The casting also includes established models Joan Smalls, Anok Yai, Alex Consani, and Paloma Elsesser, reflecting the company’s pivot toward inclusion following criticism of its previously narrow beauty standards.

To maximize global reach, the show will stream across multiple digital platforms including Prime Video, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, considerably departing from its traditional broadcast model.

This digital-first approach aims to engage younger audiences while providing accessibility to international viewers attracted by the diverse musical performers and models. Many of the featured artists will likely negotiate sync deals for their music to be prominently featured throughout the broadcast, creating additional revenue streams beyond their performance fees.

The revival represents Victoria’s Secret’s ongoing brand rehabilitation efforts after facing backlash in 2018 for exclusionary practices.

The company’s renewed focus on diversity and inclusion signals its determination to maintain cultural relevance while preserving the entertainment value and fashion fantasy that originally defined the iconic show. The company’s creative direction will be guided by Adam Selman, who was appointed senior vice president and executive creative director in April 2025.
