Multi-talented artist Navy Blue, the musical alias of Sage Elsesser, has announced his highly anticipated new album, “_The Sword & The Soaring_,” set for release on November 11, 2025, through Freedom Sounds label.
The forthcoming project will be preceded by the single “Orchards,” which is already available on streaming platforms. This release marks Navy Blue’s first major work since 2024’s “_Memoirs in Armour_,” continuing his exploration of protection, vulnerability, and spirituality through a new lens of natural imagery and transcendental introspection.

Navy Blue, born January 31, 1997, has established himself beyond music as a visual artist and professional skateboarder, blending these disciplines throughout his creative output.
The album’s lead single, “Orchards,” produced by Child Actor, introduces listeners to what the artist describes as “a new chapter of creative clarity and ascension.” Accompanying the single, a music video directed by Maxi Hachem visualizes expansive natural landscapes that complement the track’s meditative soundscape and introspective lyrics.
The production on “_The Sword & The Soaring_” features luminous, ambient elements that expand upon Navy Blue’s experimental approach to hip-hop.
Track titles often derive from his producers’ original beat names, with “Orchards” and “Low Threshold” exemplifying this collaborative process.
