India’s hip-hop landscape is set to transform dramatically as Rolling Loud, the world’s largest hip-hop festival, announces its debut in the subcontinent with a two-day extravaganza scheduled for November 22-23, 2025, at the newly designated Loud Park in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

The festival, which has built its reputation across major cities worldwide, will run from 3 PM onward each day, offering Indian fans their first opportunity to experience the renowned hip-hop celebration on home soil.

Ticket prices for the event start at ₹7,000, with HSBC cardholders receiving exclusive presale access beginning August 25, 2025. This partnership with HSBC forms part of a broader strategic alliance that includes MakeMyTrip, signaling strong corporate backing for the festival’s Indian iteration.

Loud Park, surrounded by lush greenery that contrasts with Mumbai’s urban landscape, was specifically chosen for its natural environment and robust infrastructure. The venue offers attendees a genuine escape from urban congestion while maintaining excellent connectivity. The venue is easily accessible via Metro Line 1, addressing transportation concerns for the anticipated large crowds.

The naming of the venue aligns with Rolling Loud’s global branding strategy while establishing a distinct identity for the Indian installment.

The festival is being organized in partnership with District by Zomato, the food delivery giant’s nightlife and events vertical, which will exclusively handle ticketing. This collaboration aims to create a controlled, immersive experience blending music and culture for attendees, who must be at least 16 years old to participate.

While the detailed lineup remains under wraps, organizers promise a mix of international hip-hop superstars alongside prominent Indian artists. Participating performers will benefit from extensive social media advertising to maximize audience reach before and during the event. The festival represents the largest hip-hop event ever hosted in India and forms part of Rolling Loud’s strategic expansion into Asia.

The Maharashtra government has endorsed the event, viewing it as an opportunity to position the state and particularly Navi Mumbai as emerging global entertainment destinations.

Beyond the music, Rolling Loud India is expected to energize local hip-hop communities, boost tourism in the Kharghar area, and integrate India more deeply into worldwide hip-hop circuits. The festival plans to offer immersive experiences beyond musical performances through various on-site activations that celebrate hip-hop culture.

For participating artists, the festival presents opportunities to establish multiple revenue streams through merchandise sales, streaming exposure, and potential sync deals with brands seeking to connect with India’s growing hip-hop audience.
